An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual tojoin the Project Delivery Team in a vital support role to assist the team in theexecution of the airports Capital Investment Portfolio.  Reporting to the Capital Director, the rolewill primarily provide cross functional administrative support to all functionswithin the team.


  • Coordination and administrative support to the Capital Director.
  • Responsible for cross functional administrative support within the Project Delivery Team to ensure the timely and efficient execution of the Capital Investment Portfolio.
  • Control and maintain department filing system and Personal files in compliance with all statutory and compliance regulations
  • Responsible for department training records, advising staff and rescheduling training when required to comply with the company wide ‘Managing Responsibly System’
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support e.g. Organising meetings, booking rooms, production of minutes, producing notes/correspondence, assistance with the coordination of tender and contract documentation.
  • Coordination and management of space within the EAL Contractors Centre.
  • Ensure changes to company wide policy / guidance / directives are communicated across the team and records held to support compliance with company wide policy e.g. gifts register.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support the efficient management of the Project Delivery Team ‘Safety Management System’.
  • Assist the Capital Business Partner where necessary with administrative support of the capital governance processes – including Capital Assurance Group, Capital Approvals Committee etc.
  • Assist the function leads with the on-boarding of new starts ensuring all of the necessary introductions, training, assessments and policy acknowledgements are undertaken.
  • Management of wider cross functional administrative systems – such as the lessons learned database management.
Qualifications and Experience:


  • Good working knowledge of IT systems i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of budget and financial requirements
  • Self motivated, able to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing practices
  • Customer focused and well organised
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
