This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Terminal Support team delivering our day to day operations. The main focus of your job will be to deliver great customer service to our passengers. You will become multi-skilled with the flexibility to support a number of different teams.

Special Assistance: Meeting and greeting passengers with special assistance requirements and ensuring they are supported as they journey through the airport. Providing support to passengers with restricted mobility by pushing wheelchairs and supporting them in shopping or buying food/drink.

Customer Service Team: Assisting our passengers through the varied Airline check-in procedures, arrivals and bag drop. Helping passengers with flight information, directions or shopping. Helping passengers through Security.

You will receive full training to support a number of different areas of the Airports operation. This will mean a variety in daily tasks and shift patterns to support our 24/7 operation.  Our shift patterns are flexible and include early morning starts (4am) and late finishes to suit our passenger needs.  You need to be able to get to the airport for these shifts.

This role is 32 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours as required.
Person Specification:
We are looking for experienced customer service staff who can demonstrate face to face customer service skills.
We want people who care about delivering a great service to our passengers and have excellent verbal communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
