We are a strong, welcoming, and enthusiastic team, and are looking for a talented Graduate Project Development Manager to join the Project Team and wider Technical Asset group.

You will play a fundamental role in Edinburgh Airport’s future success, taking responsibility for the development and early project management of capital projects ensuring the business case, requirements and success measures are fully understood in advance of the design and delivery phases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • The development of infrastructure, people, process and system solution projects for a variety of identified business needs or opportunities
  • Working with project sponsor and wide range of stakeholders throughout the business to ensure project requirements are captured
  • Managing project timelines and tracking progress.
  • Risk management, producing risk mitigation and contingency plans where necessary.
  • Regular performance reporting on progress, milestones, risks, costs, through both project and sponsor meetings
  • Report writing
  • Identifying and sharing lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement, to ensure we are continuously improving our processes
Qualifications and Experience:

The Ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Batchelors’ degree in a relevant discipline including:

  • Project management
  • Business management
  • Continuous improvement
  • Construction Management
or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The role is based at Edinburgh Airport, but offers an element of flexible working including working from home.
