Generally, if you have been unsuccessful in applying for a role here, you aren’t able to reapply for the same role within six months. However you are able to apply for different roles within this period.

Yes however you must have a valid work permit for the UK or other appropriate Right to Work documentation. It is your responsibility to provide evidence of your work permit and/or Right to Work documentation in line with current Home Office regulations.

Also in order to be able to clear our pre-employment checks, if you have been working and/or living out with the UK for more than 6 months within the last 5 years, you will be required to provide a satisfactory Overseas Criminal Record Certificate from this country. Please note it is your responsibility to obtain this Criminal Record Certificate.

These may vary depending on the job you apply for however here are some general guidelines:

• On the day of your first interview/assessment centre, you must be in possession of your passport or other identity documents and proof of your Right to Work in the UK if necessary.
• If you are successful, you will be cleared in accordance with CAA/DfT regulations which involve you providing a five year employment and/or education reference history and a satisfactory UK Criminal Record Certificate. You may also be required to clear a Counter Terrorism Check.
• If you are unable to be cleared to our satisfaction, this may result in any offer of employment being withdrawn or your employment terminated.

In general terms if you have a current conviction which is not "spent" then this may prevent you from being cleared for employment however this will depend on the job role. You should still apply making sure that you declare any convictions as requested. Failure to disclose a criminal conviction which later is uncovered will lead to your offer of employment being withdrawn or your employment being terminated.
