About the Role
Edinburgh Airport’s IT team is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as an IT Administrative Assistant.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing essential support to the Head of IT and the IT Management Team. Your days will be varied and exciting, handling everything from mandatory training compliance to purchase orders and invoicing. You'll also play a key role in the processes that drive our IT Commercial management.

About the Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for this role will be comprised of two interviews, one of which will be in person. You will meet with our IT Delivery Manager, and our IT Change Lead, who will go through a competency based interview to discover more about your experience and motivation in applying for the role. Successful candidates will then meet with our Head of IT.

What you’ll be doing
- General administrative duties
- Provide administrative support to the Head of IT
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Raising invoices to customers & maintaining billing reports
- Provide support across the team as and when required
- Tracking team compliance with mandatory training and activities.
