About the role
The Recruitment team at Edinburgh Airport is responsible for talent attraction and onboarding of all Edinburgh Airport employees, across a range of departments and seniorities. We are looking for a motivated and detail orientated Recruitment Insights Intern to join our team for a 12 week summer internship.
This role will involve analysing recruitment trends, diversity data and candidate experience insights. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is eager to make a meaningful impact on how we hire and support talent. You'll help us understand what's working, where we can improve and what we can be doing differently. Your work and recommendations will contribute to the ongoing development of our Recruitment and DEI strategies. We're able to be flexible depending on what you're interested in - there is opportunity for you to shape elements of the internship around the areas of recruitment you'd like to explore more.
