About the role

About the Team

The training team are dedicated to creating and delivering high quality training to all employees at Edinburgh Airport and offer an extensive portfolio of courses. From training our security officers to identity guns and explosives from x-ray images, training our staff and partners how to drive around an airfield safely, to the incident management side of how to deal with an aircraft emergency. With the stakes this high, we need our training to be the best.

We are interested in integrating more technology and gamification into the training that we provide to our staff and third-party partners with the goal of having innovative and engaging training which could be considered the best in class for airports. This is where you come in.

You will work closely with our eLearning specialist and team of trainers, learning how to build online training programmes. You will use your unique expertise to suggest new and interesting ways of teaching people through digital media.
