About the role

 Valet parking doesn’t get more exciting than FastPark. 

 

Our digital valet parking service uses the latest tools to provide a quick, convenient and secure start to our passengers by providing them with conscientious valet services at Edinburgh Airport. 

 

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 20 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Hours will typically be 0400 - 0800 but can be flexed outwith these. You can hear more about the role and other opportunities with Edinburgh Airport Services here

 
About the recruitment process

If you are successful in applying for the role, you will be able to select interview slots on the portal, and interviews are likely to be held on Mondays and Thursdays. It will be a competency based interview to discuss your experience and motivations in applying for the role.

What you'll be doing 
  •  You will engage with passengers on their arrival to the FastPark facility, collect their vehicles then safely and securely drive the vehicle to a remote parking area for long stay parking.
  •  On the day of return, you will safely deliver the passengers car back to the FastPark facility ready for collection.
  •  Other duties include hosting in our reception area to support customers with the check in service through our self-service check in kiosks. 
  •  Manning our photo booth area to ensure customers are supported with the entry process. 
  •  Supporting customer queries in our Ferry Lane zone. 
  •  Supporting the Key Allocators with key duties, this would be loading of return lockers. 
  •  Key Audits to ensure our customers cars are safe and in the correct place.

To apply for this role, you’ll need

 
  •  A full UK Driving license, held for a minimum of 3 years, and with no more than 3 penalty points current at any time
  •  To be a motivated team player, who can excel in customer service.
  •  Good communication skills
  •  To be a safe and confident driver
